This development is expected to support local businesses, stimulate tourism, and provide secure housing for Yarmouth residents. It represents the first steps toward a series of upcoming changes along the Yarmouth waterfront.

Cape View Estates will feature two 4-storey, 27-unit residential buildings, significantly enhancing the local housing stock. The first structure will be strategically placed on the street to help repair the post-demolition urban fabric and kick-start the waterfront placemaking process. The second building will be ideally located along the waterfront, allowing residents to enjoy stunning ocean views while framing the generous greenspace courtyard positioned between the buildings. With the rising costs of living in Nova Scotia, this project has been carefully designed with prefabrication in mind to improve build speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring it remains cost-effective for future tenants.
